Amine was not returned by his father after a parental visitation over the Christmas period.
The father, has now left the USA and is in France. There are alarming concerns for the well-being of Amine.
The abduction took place shortly before full parental rights were to be granted to Amine's mother. /
Amine n'est pas rentré d'un séjour auprès de son père, à Noël. Celui-ci a quitté les Etats-Unis avec son fils et se trouve en France.
L'autorité parentale exclusive était sur le point d'être attribuée à la mère.
